Welcome to Mon Ami 3D. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Mon Ami 3D ("Mon Ami 3D," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or completing a purchase.

1. ABOUT MON AMI 3D

Mon Ami 3D is a small business specializing in 3D-printed home organization, décor, and lifestyle products.

Our products are produced using 3D-printing technology and may be made to order. Because of the nature of the manufacturing process, each item may have slight variations that make it unique.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to display and describe our products accurately, including product dimensions, colors, materials, photographs, and other details.

However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings, filament batches, lighting, and the 3D-printing process.

3D-printed products may also contain minor characteristics such as:

  • Visible layer lines

  • Small seams or surface variations

  • Slight differences in texture

  • Minor variations in dimensions or finish

  • Small variations between individual prints

These characteristics are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily considered defects.

Product photographs may include decorative accessories, plants, toiletries, electronics, or other objects for styling or demonstration purposes. Unless specifically stated in the product listing, these additional items are not included with your purchase.

3. MATERIALS & PRODUCT CARE

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, Mon Ami 3D products are primarily manufactured using PLA-based 3D-printing filament.

PLA can be sensitive to excessive heat and prolonged exposure to certain environmental conditions.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, our products:

  • Are intended primarily for indoor use

  • Should not be placed in a dishwasher

  • Should not be exposed to high temperatures

  • Should not be placed near open flames or direct heat sources

  • Should not be left inside hot vehicles

  • Should not be submerged in water for extended periods

For cleaning, we recommend gently wiping products with a soft, damp cloth and allowing them to air dry.

Unless specifically identified as food-safe, products sold by Mon Ami 3D are not intended for direct food contact, food preparation, or food storage.

4. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Customers are responsible for using products only for their intended purpose.

Decorative products, organizers, stands, holders, trays, and similar items should be placed on stable surfaces and used appropriately.

Products containing small components may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children and pets when appropriate.

Unless specifically marketed for children, Mon Ami 3D products are not toys.

Products designed to hold or organize electronics, candles, toiletries, kitchen items, or other objects should be used with reasonable care. Never place an open flame directly against or inside a PLA product unless the product is specifically designed and expressly identified by Mon Ami 3D for that use.

Mon Ami 3D is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, modification, improper storage, excessive heat exposure, or use of a product for a purpose other than its intended use.

5. ORDERS

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Product availability issues

  • Website or inventory errors

  • Payment authorization problems

  • Orders that violate these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or other website errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you before fulfilling the order or cancel and refund the affected order.

7. PROCESSING TIMES

Many Mon Ami 3D products are produced using 3D-printing technology and may be made to order.

Processing times shown on our website are estimates and refer to the time required to prepare an order before shipment. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Production may occasionally take longer because of order volume, equipment maintenance, material availability, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when appropriate.

8. SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier and are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Mon Ami 3D is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery disruptions outside our reasonable control.

If you believe your package has been lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine what assistance may be available.

Customers are responsible for contacting us promptly if they discover an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipment processing.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by the Return & Refund Policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Because many Mon Ami 3D products may be produced specifically for an order, certain made-to-order, personalized, customized, clearance, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

Please review the individual product listing and our Return & Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

10. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • Clear photographs showing the product and any damage or error

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging when relevant

11. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

Because some products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Once production has begun or an order has shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all original Mon Ami 3D content and intellectual property, including product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, written content, product descriptions, and original 3D designs created by Mon Ami 3D, are owned by or licensed to Mon Ami 3D and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or represent our original content or designs as your own without written permission.

Some products may be produced from designs that Mon Ami 3D has properly licensed from third-party designers. Ownership of those underlying designs remains subject to the applicable creator's intellectual property rights and licensing terms.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant permission to reproduce the underlying design.

13. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to use our website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • To interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • To attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • To transmit malicious code or harmful material

  • To scrape, copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content in violation of applicable law or our intellectual property rights
